| Ryan Sheckler was born on December 30, 1989 in San Clemente, California to Randy and Gretchen Sheckler. When he was ONLY 18 months Ryan Sheckler stumbled upon his Dad's old school skateboard. Ryan would ride on the skateboard while sitting on one knee and push with his other foot. Since the age of 6 he has spent up to 22 hours a week practicing new tricks. Ryan finally turned a professional skateboarder at the age of 14. Ryan Sheckler even invented his own skateboard trick called the Sheck-Lair. |
