| Jodi was raised in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey. She is the youngest of three sisters ( Jenna is the eldest and Heather is the middle child) at 22. Jodi's father, Jack, is the head of a labor relations for a drug company. Her mother, Noreen, is a homemaker. Jodi started at an early age of eight modeling children's clothing for department stores (Bradlees). For the next eight years she continued modeling for various jobs (DreamPhone, Gitano Jeans). During which time she attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel, NJ. Jodi also pursued studies in ballet and tap. Her notoriety as a model led her to Los Angeles and an audition for a part on "Another World" at the age of 17. Jodi was then cast as "Marguerite Cory" a mischievous teenage daughter of a wealthy family (June of 95'). Jodi held the role for approximately six months before leaving (Nov. of 95'). Soon after departing "Another World" Jodi a tried out for a new role in the upcoming CBS action drama "Nash Bridges". Jodi was cast as "Cassidy Bridges" youthful daughter to "Nash Bridges" (Don Johnson). Executive Producer Carlton Cuse accredits Jodi's acquisition of the role due to her 'commanding presence' during auditions. Jodi co-stared in all six seasons of "Nash Bridges" which was filmed on location in San Francisco until June 2001. After establishing herself on the small screen, Jodi soon expanded her resume to include motion pictures. In 1999 Jodi co-starred in the teen romantic comedy "She's All That" with Freddie Prince Jr., Rachel Leigh Cook, and Matthew Lilard. Following the sucesses of 'All That, Jodi also costarred in another romactic comedy "Whatever It Takes". More recently, Jodi's first starring role premiered on HBO entitled "Devil in the Flesh 2" and is now available on VHS and DVD along with "The Crow: Salvation" in which Jodi plays the deceased girlfriend of the Crow. Most recently, Jodi was featured in a short film entitled "Falling in Love in Pongo Pongo" written and directed by actor James Woods. She is currently signed on to co-star in the horror thriller "Red Rover" opposite William Baldwin, the film is currently in production in Canada. |
